Wednesday reflection- gratitude to our donors and supporters

Dear Families and friends,

Gratitude.  Thanks. Love and appreciation.  Awe. Awesomeness. There are insufficient words to say thank you to our donors and supporters. Our camp is a registered charity run wholly by volunteers and completely because we have been blessed with strong donors and supporters. Some- like the amazing Citron Family and friends who donate in loving memory of Dr Ken Citron each year, the Kidney Foundation who has supported us since the beginning, our board member Paul Martin and KRG Children's Foundation, the awesome David Foster Foundation, INTACT insurance and so many committed individual donors have been with us since we started and continue to generously support.  Others like Rexall Foundation, Astellas Canada, the Jacobs Family, Air Miles, Concord Pharmacy,  Boston Scientific, and so many others have joined our mission to provide camp and improve quality of life for all children and raise awareness of organ donation in recent years and ae could not be any more grateful to each of you. There are also countless individuals and friends who have very generously donated to us. Thank you for believing in us, for sharing our dream and helping make it a reality, for your steadfast support and for your commitment to kids with organ failure and transplants. You have been there through all our challenges and the good and hard times! Together we are making the dream come true! Today we welcome several of our donors and supporters up to camp for a barbeque- we are immeasurably excited that you will be able to experience the magic of camp with us- share a lunch time sing song, your camp, and witness's the fun and joy of our campers first hand! On behalf of the board, leadership team, campers and staff we say a heartfelt thank you from the bottom of our hearts, kidneys, livers, bowels and lungs!!   It will be a wonderful day at camp!
